These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kriya 11 platform and all its services. By accessing kriya 11 through its website, mobile app, or any other means, you are considered to have accepted every clause of these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on kriya 11 and participate in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration will not be completed if the 21+ requirement is not met, and if it is later found that a member is below the required age, their account will be closed immediately and any related transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are registered by the same person or on behalf of the same household, kriya 11 may close them at any time and place a hold on the associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals on kriya 11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Cryptocurrency and other methods are not currently supported.

5.2 Terms for Other Bonuses

The weekly kriya 11 Reload Reward (30%, up to ৳6,000; wagering 20×), Monday Reload Bonus (20%, up to ৳4,000; wagering 18×), and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, and claim deadline.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as claiming from multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or using fraudulent methods — kriya 11 may cancel the relevant bonus and close the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in some cases where a cash-out option is available.

• For bets on the Bangladesh national team or BPL tournament, internationally recognised results will apply.

6.2 Maximum Win Limit

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kriya 11. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and the associated balance forfeited:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Registering with a false identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 kriya 11's Rights

kriya 11 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete account verification or provision of false information.
• Not meeting the age requirement.
• Extended inactivity — no login or transaction for 12 months or more.
• Security-related concerns.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance free of wagering requirements may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability
